Walking through the portals of our transformation was messy. We didn't have strong guides and the shame of infidelity in our culture made it difficult to find them. Through the failures of our healing journey—where we spent a lot of time, money, and energy attempting to heal in "traditional" ways—we discovered that authentic healing isn't about changing behavior, its actually about the integration of those aspects of our self that are unloved, unwitnessed, forgotten or even undiscovered.
Behavior is a symptom of an underlying false, limiting, or unhealthy belief system, it is not the issue itself.
A healed person is full of self-love—not in an egoic or self-centered way, but because of an authentic gnosis of who they truly are. When you love yourself, you love others. This of course has incredible benefits for ALL of your relationships. The results are that your undesired behaviors automatically and effortlessly fall away.
